Terms of service

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms cover your company’s use of Tillerpath (“the service”). By creating or using a workspace, you agree to them on behalf of your company (“customer”).

Pilot service, provided as is

Tillerpath is in a pilot. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or stop during the pilot.

Your data

The customer owns its data. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to connect the sources you connect.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to access data you are not allowed to access, to interfere with the service or its security, or to resell it without our written agreement.

Termination

Either side may stop at any time. You can disconnect sources and ask us to delete your data by emailing me@liammartin.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the pilot ends.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tillerpath is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the customer paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if nothing was paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do.
